Palmetto Water Systems is an authorized Aquonyx dealer founded on one idea: test first, then recommend — no pressure, no upsells, no guessing. Every install is sized to your actual water, not a sales quota.
To give South Carolina homeowners water they can trust, without the pressure or the guesswork. We test every home's actual water, recommend only what it needs, and stand behind every install with a licensed local team — because a system is only as good as the people who put it in and the company that answers the phone after.
Palmetto Water Systems installs whole-home water softeners, filtration, and reverse osmosis systems for homeowners in Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, and Chapin. Whether you're dealing with chloramine from the city treatment plant or iron and hardness from a private well, we test your water first and recommend a system sized to what's actually in it — not a one-size-fits-all box.
Every system we install runs on the Aquonyx WS1 five-button control valve, backed by a lifetime limited manufacturer warranty on qualifying systems. Any city plumbing permit required for your installation is handled and covered by us at no extra cost.
We test your water on the spot and show you the actual numbers before recommending anything.
You get clear options and pricing. The decision is yours, on your timeline.
Permits handled, installs completed cleanly, systems sized for your actual water — not a generic average.
The practical reasons homeowners choose us over a bigger, out-of-town outfit.
Every qualifying system carries the Aquonyx lifetime limited manufacturer warranty — parts and performance covered for as long as you own it.
Aquonyx systems are engineered for decades of service on the WS1 metered valve, with minimal upkeep — many homeowners go 30+ years with little more than the occasional salt refill.
We test your actual water before recommending anything — real hardness, chlorine, and iron numbers from your own tap, at no cost and no obligation.
Every system is installed by our own licensed local technicians — permits included, most homes done in a single visit.
